Welcome to Digital Grading Company! These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Digital Grading Company mobile application ("App"), website, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Definitions

  • "Company," "we," "our," or "us" refers to VALYRIAN LABS LTD, the provider of the Digital Grading Company App.

  • "User," "you," or "your" refers to any individual accessing or using our Services.

  • "Content" includes AI-generated grading reports, market insights, images, text, graphics, and other materials provided by us.

  • "Subscription" refers to any paid plan granting access to premium features of the App.


2. License to Use the App

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial use. You may not:

  • Copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the App.

  • Use the App for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose.

  • Circumvent or disable security measures of the App.

Violation of this license may result in termination of access.


3. Account Registration & Security

  • You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in some regions) to use the App.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

  • We are not liable for unauthorized access to your account due to negligence.

📌 Important Subscription Terms:

  • Your subscription starts immediately and renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

  • Payment is processed through Apple’s App Store.

  • No refunds are provided unless required by law.

  • You can manage or cancel your subscription in App Store settings.


5. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All content, trademarks, and AI-generated reports within the App are owned by VALYRIAN LABS LTD.

  • You may not reproduce, sell, or distribute any AI-generated grading reports without permission.

  • You own any content (such as images of cards) you upload, but by uploading, you grant us a license to use them to improve our AI systems.


6. User Responsibilities & Code of Conduct

When using the App, you agree not to:
❌ Upload copyrighted or illegal content.
❌ Use AI-generated reports for deceptive or fraudulent activities.
❌ Disrupt the App’s functionality (e.g., hacking, automated bots).
❌ Harass, threaten, or impersonate others.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these rules.


7. AI Grading Disclaimer

Our AI-powered grading system provides estimates and insights, but:

  • It is not a legally binding appraisal.

  • It does not replace professional grading companies.

  • We are not responsible for financial losses based on AI predictions.

By using our AI grading services, you accept these limitations.


8. Limitation of Liability

  • Errors in AI-generated grading reports.

  • Losses incurred from reliance on AI insights.

  • Third-party service failures (e.g., payment providers).

  • Data loss or security breaches beyond our control.

💰 Maximum Liability: If we are found liable, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service (if any).


9. Third-Party Services

Our App integrates with third-party services (e.g., Apple Pay, analytics providers). These services have their own terms & privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their actions.
